Support for Basic Edition is available through the Studioware Help Center. The Premium Edition subscribers can open support tickets in the Studioware Portal and will receive responses on the same business day.

If you have a Studioware support question, please try the following suggestions before contacting Studioware support:

  1. Click on the Help Link

    In the upper right corner of every page is a "Help" link. Click on this link at any time to be directed to a help article with more information. The help is context sensitive. For example, if you are adding a new student and you click on the "Help" link, you will be directed to information about adding students.

    You can search the Studioware Help Center for answers to your questions. Click on the "Studioware Help Center" link in the lower left corner to view the Getting Started Guide, search help articles, and view the Video Tutorials.

    You can contact the support team by opening a Support Ticket.


I've had my studio for several years, and previously used another web based program that was very difficult to navigate through and understand.
