Editing a User Account

You may need to edit a user account.  For example, if a user forgets his/her username, you can edit the user account and set a new username.  Similarly, if a user forgets his/her password, you can edit a user account and reset the password.  Finally, if you need to set a user account inactive for the user no longer has access to Studioware, you can edit the user account and set it inactive.

To Edit a user account, follow these instructions:

1. Log onto Studioware
2. Click on "Administration" in the main menu.
3. Click on "Users" in the sub menu.
4. Click on the "Edit" link next to the user to be edited:
   
5. Enter in the new user account information:
   
6. Click on the "Save" button.
